Behavioural Optometry
Behavioural Optometry evaluates vision in the context of everyday tasks (reading, screens, learning) to ensure eyes and brain work together efficiently. It uses a holistic approach, assessing visual, motor and perceptual skills and treats issues with lenses, prisms and visual hygiene to improve performance and comfort.
Vision Therapy
Vision therapy (vision training) uses targeted exercises to improve eye movement, coordination and visual processing, like a personal trainer for your eyes. It treats conditions such as strabismus (eye turn), amblyopia (lazy eye), poor focusing or tracking, visual deficits after brain injury, developmental/perceptual problems, and can enhance specific visual skills for sport. Not everyone needs corrective lenses. You could benefit just from some simple exercises for your eyes.
Orthokeratology
Orthokeratology (Ortho-K) is a non-surgical overnight treatment using custom contact lenses to gently reshape the cornea, giving clear, lens-free vision during the day. Worn nightly, Ortho-K provides temporary 20/20 vision without glasses or daytime contacts.
